  • “Associated Tickets” must be enabled in the account to schedule tickets from an Inventory Item. If you do not see the Associated Tickets tab within the Inventory Item details in Logbooks, please reach out support@aliceplatform.com.

  • Associated tickets can be added/scheduled individually or in bulk.

  • The Bulk Schedule feature will auto-populate when the Service selected from the ticket dropdown has a Service Option with a data type that is equal to “InventoryItem”. The screenshot below shows the setup within ALICE Admin that will activate this feature.

Navigate to the Logbook tab, then select a Logbook using the icons in the left column.
