With Autopilot enabled, Room Boards are automatically prioritized based on set rules, such as changes in reservation statuses, guest VIP status, and rushed rooms. When autopilot is enabled, it overrides any manual ordering.

Things to Consider

(blue star) Steps

  1. Enable “Autopilot” by selecting the slider.

  2. When the slider is toggled on or off, ALICE will display a message that explains the change that occurs.

  3. Most of the prioritization rules can be sorted to the desired order. The three lines that appear at the end of the row allow you to drag and drop the prioritization rule up or down to determine higher or lower priority. Rushed rooms will always default as the first prioritization rule.

  4. Select “Apply”. This process can be done any number of times throughout the day.

Every time these prioritization rules are changed, the sequence of rooms for your room attendants change as well. As a best practice, we recommend that you only make changes to the prioritization rules when absolutely necessary so your team remains on a constant course.
