ALICE messaging is a convenient product that allows you to communicate with your guests via text message. However, whenever needed, it is possible to block a number to stop all communication.
To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Hotel Admin User Type access.
The user must also have the following settings within “Roles” enabled”
Access to “SMS/Chat” tab.
Once a guest is blocked any future messages from this number will not appear in the conversation view. To undo these changes, select “Unblock” to re-enable communication.
Select “Block” in the open conversation.
The existing conversation will remain in ALICE but no further communication will be received. The message field will also be greyed out.
The content by label feature automatically displays related articles based on labels you choose. To edit options for this feature, select the placeholder and tap the pencil icon.
