Reset User Password
If the user has an email associated with their user profile, use the βForgot Passwordβ link.
If the user does not have an email associated with their user profile, a Hotel User Admin/Hotel Admin can manually reset the password to a temporary password.
User Type & Roles
To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Hotel User Admin User Type access.
Steps
Select βManage Usersβ from the ALICE Admin menu.
Select the user, then select βEdit Userβ
Enter a temporary password in the password field. Then, confirm the password.
Select βUpdateβ to save the changes.
