Reset User Password

If the user has an email associated with their user profile, use the β€œForgot Password” link.

If the user does not have an email associated with their user profile, a Hotel User Admin/Hotel Admin can manually reset the password to a temporary password.

User Type & Roles

To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Hotel User Admin User Type access.

Steps

  1. Select β€œManage Users” from the ALICE Admin menu.

  2. Select the user, then select β€œEdit User”

  3. Enter a temporary password in the password field. Then, confirm the password.

  4. Select β€œUpdate” to save the changes.
