Staff Tab - Mobile Overview
The Staff tab on ALICE Staff App (mobile) is intended for Housekeeping users who will need to access multiple room boards from the mobile device. From the Staff Tab, users can:
Toggle between room attendant boards
Reorder rooms on a room attendant board.
Toggle between AM/PM shifts (for accounts with Turndown only).
User Type & Roles
To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.
The user must also have the following settings within “Roles” enabled”
Access to “Rooms”, “All Rooms”, and “Staff” in Room Assignment Mobile Tabs
Things to Consider
To view room attendant boards, select a room attendant from the Staff list.
To view AM/PM shifts (when Turndown is enabled), select the shift from the Staff tab header.
Best Practices
Grant “All Rooms” and “Staff” tab permissions to housekeeping supervisors and housekeeping inspectors. These Role settings are not typically granted to room attendants.
