This feature is available to any user in ALICE who is a part of a group or property with SSO configured.
Things to Consider
Non-SSO users with active ALICE user accounts will still be able to login to properties where SSO is enabled without using SSO authentication. This is functionality is behind the setting in the CMS > Beta Settings > Enable Username and PasswordTo log in with Single Sign-On, it must first be configured for the account.

While the user interfaces shown below are from the mobile app, the process for logging in with SSO on web and mobile is the same.
⚙ Steps
Navigate to the login page on web or on mobile.
Select “Single Sign-On” below the “Sign In” button.
Use the search field to enter the hotel group. Select the group when it appears in the search.
Select “Sign In”.
Enter the Enterprise ID and password. These are your SSO login credentials, not ALICE login credentials.
Tap Select “Sign In”.
