Links must be spelled out and cannot be added as hyperlinks.
DO NOT DELETE message templates. This could affect data in the Reports tab. Contact your Customer Success Manager or ssupport@aliceplatform support@actabl.comfor assistance.
Use the Filters to search for message templates as needed. First, expand the filter section by selecting “+Filters”, then enter the search criteria.
