  • Contact support@aliceplatform to configure other types of templates (Confirmation Letters or Itineraries)

  • Links must be spelled out and cannot be added as hyperlinks.

  • DO NOT DELETE message templates. This could affect data in the Reports tab. Contact your Customer Success Manager or ssupport@aliceplatform support@actabl.comfor assistance.

  • Use the Filters to search for message templates as needed. First, expand the filter section by selecting “+Filters”, then enter the search criteria.
