The preventative maintenance of rooms is a critical component in guaranteeing an excellent in-room experience for the guest. However, it is also one of the most challenging to coordinate since it requires alignment between Housekeeping, Engineering, and the Front Desk. ALICE’s Rooms PM Tracker helps teams increase visibility and accountability to this cross-departmental process.
