When a Hotel User Admin/Hotel Admin changes a user’s password on their behalf, the user will be prompted reset the password from the temporary password the next time they log in.
⚙ Steps
Select “Manage Users” from the ALICE Admin menu.
Select the user, then select “Edit User”
Enter a temporary password in the password field. Then, confirm the password.
