Guest reservation information will populate to the “Guest” field within tickets when the reservation is within 14 days of today’s date.
ALICE’s PMS integration for guest reservation is a one-way integration. ALICE only receives guest reservation information from the PMS. Any changes made in ALICE will not push back to the PMS.
