Add a Guest Reservation

ALICE integrates with the PMS on property to bring in guest reservation information automatically. Guest reservation information can also be added to ALICE manually via the Guests tab or from the Guest field when creating a Guest Request.

User Type & Roles

To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.

The user must also have the following settings within “Roles” enabled”

  • Access to “Guests” tab (to add guest reservation information from the Guests tab)

  • Access to “Tickets” tab (to add guest reservation information from a Guest Request)

  • Access to “Add”, “View”, and “Edit” under Guest Information.

Things to Consider

  • Guest reservation information will populate to the “Guest” field within tickets when the reservation is within 14 days of today’s date.

  • ALICE’s PMS integration for guest reservation is a one-way integration. ALICE only receives guest reservation information from the PMS. Any changes made in ALICE will not push back to the PMS.
