Identifying property champions is a critical step to ensure a successful rollout of the ALICE platform on property. The team that you put together will manage the launch and rollout of the platform and be the on-site experts to support staff, property-wide.
Successful Property Champions are:
Operations Experts - Have a clear understanding of hotel operations and how/where ALICE will be applied; Must have strong interdepartmental relationships.
Decision Makers - Able to provide guidance during training sessions on hotel standard operating procedures/best practices; Should be comfortable taking ownership of platform customization.
Engaging Leaders - Establish presence amongst peers as the ALICE property go-to; Motivate users and act as Professional Cheerleader. Promote positivity, share the excitement, celebrate wins!
Proactive Managers - Is accountable for intake package completion and adheres to completion deadlines; Values organization and will commit the time to ensure proper configuration.
Tech Savvy - Should be comfortable with technology (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, PMS, Property Devices) and open-minded to learning new systems; Eager to digitize property procedures.
