ALICE integrates with the PMS on property to bring in guest reservation information automatically. Guest reservation information can also be added to ALICE manually via the Guests tab or from the Guest field when creating a Guest Request.
đ User Type & Roles
To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.
The user must also have the following settings within âRolesâ enabledâ
Access to âGuestsâ tab (to add guest reservation information from the Guests tab)
Access to âTicketsâ tab (to add guest reservation information from a Guest Request)
Access to âAddâ, âViewâ, and âEditâ under Guest Information.
Things to Consider
Guest reservation information will populate to the âGuestâ field within tickets when the reservation is within 14 days of todayâs date.
ALICEâs PMS integration for guest reservation is a one-way integration. ALICE only receives guest reservation information from the PMS. Any changes made in ALICE will not push back to the PMS.
Jump to âAdd a Guest Reservation from Guests Tabâ.
Jump to âAdd a Guest Reservation from Guest Requestâ.
Add a Guest Reservation from Guests Tab

â Steps
From the Tickets tab:
Select â+Guest Requestâ.
