Star commonly selected request types/services on the ALICE Staff app to help save time! Rather than searching for the same requests repeatedly, the app allows you to mark it as a favorite. Once the request is marked as a favorite, it remains at the top of the list.
For example, a Housekeeping Supervisor might favorite “Deliver” if they create tickets from mobile using this request throughout the day.
🔐 User Type & Roles
To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.
The user must also have the following settings within “Roles” enabled.
Access to the “Ticket List” tab.
Access to “Add” Tickets
Things to Consider
“Favorites” are selected per user. Since they are user-specific, one user’s favorites will not appear for other user logins.
⚙ Steps
Tap the “+”.
Find the request using the search box or by scrolling the list.
Tap the star to the left of the screen. The star will now be filled in and the request will remain at the top of the request list.
