ALICE messaging is a convenient product that allows you to communicate with your guests via text message. However, whenever needed, it is possible to block a number to stop all communication.
š User Type & Roles
To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.
The user must also have the following settings within āRolesā enabledā
Access to āSMS/Chatā tab.
Things to Consider
Once a guest is blocked any future messages from this number will not appear in the conversation view. To undo these changes, select āUnblockā to re-enable communication.Ā
ā Steps
Select āBlockā in the open conversation.
The existing conversation will remain in ALICE but no further communication will be received. The message field will also be greyed out.
