Enable or Disable the Inventory Loader

Inventory items can be added to a Logbook in bulk through the Inventory Loader. The Inventory Loader also allows for edits and updates to inventory items to be made quickly and easily.

This feature is primarily used to upload an equipment asset list for Preventative Maintenance.

User Type & Roles

To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Hotel Admin User Type access.

Steps

Access ALICE Admin. If you are unable to access Admin by selecting the initials in the upper right hand corner, contact a Hotel Admin on property to review your user type.

  1. Select the Facility where the Logbook (Inventory) is configured from the ALICE Admin menu.

  2. Use the checkbox to Enable or Disable the Inventory Loader.

  3. Select “Update” to save the changes.
