Update Property Logo

Hotel Admin Users can update the property logo as needed in ALICE Admin. The logo will appear in the upper left-hand corner of ALICE Desktop (web), Itineraries, and Confirmation Letters.

User Type & Roles

To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Hotel Admin User Type access.

Things to Consider

  • Image must be saved as a .png or .jpeg file type.

  • For best results, use images with 96 dpi resolution.

Steps

  1. Select “Update Hotel Info”.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the existing logo “Image”.

  3. Select “Choose File” to open a file explorer and locate the updated logo.

  4. Select the logo, then select open to upload.

  5. Select “Update” at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
