ALICE Desktop (Web) Overview

ALICE Desktop is the web-based application that houses ALICE Suite, ALICE’s platform of products designed to unite all hotel departments, delight guests and deliver superb service. ALICE Desktop, specifically ALICE Admin, is also where settings and configurations occur.

Things to Consider

  • ALICE Desktop is available from any computer with internet by accessing alice-app.com

  • All major modern browser versions are supported.

    • Google Chrome = ‘94’ (recommended)

    • Mozilla Firefox = '92’

    • Microsoft Edge = '94' (Chromium)

    • Safari = '14.1’

     

Best Practices

  • Google Chrome is the recommended browser for use with ALICE Desktop.

  • Keep browsers updated to the current latest supported version.
