Batch Close Inventory Items in Logbook
Batch close makes it possible to update the status of an Inventory Item in bulk. This is useful for Lost and Found Logbooks or Package Logbooks, when items have been returned to guests.
User Type & Roles
To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.
The user must also have the following settings within “Roles” enabled”
Access to “Ticket List” and “Logbooks” tabs.
Access to “View” and “Close” Tickets.
Steps
Use the search bar or filters to narrow the list to those Inventory Items that need to be closed.
Select the “Signature” icon.
Select the Inventory Items that should be marked as “Closed”
Select “Close Selected Packages”.
