Concierge Report
This report analyses trends for tickets associated with the Concierge Facility.
User Type & Roles
To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.
The user must also have the following settings within “Roles” enabled”
Access to “Reports” tab.
Access to “View” Reports.
Things to Consider
Time filter defaults to “Last 30 Days”. Change the timeframe using the dropdown.
This report is available to customers who have purchased Guest Services only.
All pie and bar charts are available in a table format as well. Click the table icon in the corner of each panel to change view settings.
Terms & Definitions
Daily Ticket Count by User | Number of Concierge Facility tickets created by each user each day. |
Popular Request Types | Total number of Concierge Facility tickets per Service. |
Daily Ticket Count | Total number of Concierge Facility tickets created each day. |
Top 10 Restaurants | Top 10 most common restaurant vendors added to tickets. |
Top 10 Activity Vendors | Top 10 most common activity vendors added to tickets. |
Tickets per Vendor | Percent of total Concierge Facility tickets per vendor. |
