Checklist Report
View summaries of data from checklists across any Facility/Service.
User Type & Roles
To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.
The user must also have the following settings within “Roles” enabled”
Access to “Reports” tab.
Access to “View” Reports.
Things to Consider
Time filter defaults to “Last 30 Days”. Change the timeframe using the dropdown.
This report is available to customers who have purchased Service Delivery, Housekeeping, and Preventative Maintenance only.
Terms & Definitions
Checklist Completion | Individual ticket information including facility, service, due date and workflow status. Checklist item details display a summary of passed, failed, and skipped steps/items. |
Checklist Outcomes | Summary of individual checklists to show trends passed, failed, or skipped steps/items. |
Checklist Exceptions | Failed checklist steps/items and associated comments. |
Checklist Report - Count Associated Tickets Created | Number of Associated Tickets created from a checklist ticket. |
Top Associated Tickets by Item | Number of Associated Tickets with an Item named. |
List of Associated Tickets and their Checklists | Ticket details of the Associated Tickets counted above. |
