Checklist Report

View summaries of data from checklists across any Facility/Service.

 

User Type & Roles

To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.

The user must also have the following settings within “Roles” enabled”

  • Access to “Reports” tab.

  • Access to “View” Reports.

Things to Consider

  • Time filter defaults to “Last 30 Days”. Change the timeframe using the dropdown.

  • This report is available to customers who have purchased Service Delivery, Housekeeping, and Preventative Maintenance only.

Terms & Definitions

Checklist Completion

Individual ticket information including facility, service, due date and workflow status. Checklist item details display a summary of passed, failed, and skipped steps/items.

Checklist Outcomes

Summary of individual checklists to show trends passed, failed, or skipped steps/items.

Checklist Exceptions

Failed checklist steps/items and associated comments.

Checklist Report - Count Associated Tickets Created

Number of Associated Tickets created from a checklist ticket.

Top Associated Tickets by Item

Number of Associated Tickets with an Item named.

List of Associated Tickets and their Checklists

Ticket details of the Associated Tickets counted above.
